Activation of Expired Accounts and Late or Failed Payments

At 06:00am UTC all active accounts are updated and accounts with 'payment issues' are disabled - please understand that none of our support staff have access to this process .

All service renewal notices are sent 28 days from 'expiry' - please ensure that you make cleared electronic payment at least 72hrs in advance of the expiry date to ensure uninterrupted service.
